How does purchasing from your Online Store work?

Step 1: Add the item you want to your cart.

Step 2: Add your information to the order. Please add your daytime address (i.e. Work) to your shipping address as orders arrive between 9am-5pm.

Step 3: You will be redirected to PayFast, our secure payment gateway partner that allows payment with debit/cheque cards, credit cards, and InstantEFT.

Step 4: As soon as the payment is done, an order is created on our system, we process the order, package the goods, and ship it with Dawn Wing courier service. We will email you the tracking number of your order as soon as it’s shipped. Dawn Wing usually delivers within 24-72 hours (1-3 business days) after shipping. We ship orders within 14 business days of processing orders (Dependent on availability).

Do you sell your products Wholesale?

Yes, if you are a wholesale customer please email us at sales@absolutelyafrica.co.za to receive the reduced wholesale price list (priced in ZAR). You can correspond with us via email regarding your order and delivery options. We will email you the order invoice and our banking details for payment via EFT. You are required to pay the full amount of your order as well as the delivery fee before the order can be processed. Please note that wholesale orders will not receive free shipping within South Africa.

What beads are used to make the beadwork?

Seed and bugle glass beads of various sizes are used to make the beaded products. Please note that the handmade beadwork is delicate and should be handled with care.

How do I wash the handbags?

Handbags can be brushed with a clothes brush and wiped with a damp cloth. The suede fabric is water resistant.

What payment methods do you accept?

We use a payment gateway called PayFast that ensures encrypted and safe transactions. All payment are made in ZAR (South African Rands). We accept debit/cheque cards, credit cards, and InstantEFT.

Do you accept return?

Yes, you can return any unused item within 10 days from the date of receiving it. To receive a refund for the product cost, the item you are returning must be sent back in its original packaging along with all supplementary materials. The item must be undamaged, not worn or altered in any way, and have all the original tags attached. Please contact us via email to commence the return process. We do not issue refunds for postage. Each return is dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
