Absolutely Africa is legally committed to protecting all your transactions and information. Your credit card details and personal information will NEVER be disclosed to any third parties, unless obliged to do so by law. Please bear in mind, as a customer in this virtual shop, you also have certain legal obligations, similar to any other shopping experience.
Guarantee of Satisfaction & Refund
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt: If we supply the wrong product or if the product is in any way faulty or damaged, we will exchange it for the correct one. If you are not happy with the product and it was not what you were looking for, we will refund your purchase price excluding delivery costs.

Note that to protect its own and the interests of customers, Absolutely Africa scrutinizes all transactions very carefully to prevent attempted fraud and a transaction may be refused if 2Checkout is not satisfied with its legitimacy.
Costs/Prices:
The price of each product is displayed with the product. In the event of a sale or special offer, the discounted price is displayed.
Import Duties:
Import duties may be payable by recipients of goods in foreign countries. Absolutely Africa does not know what levies may be payable and cannot calculate or estimate such costs.
Deliveries
All items of the Absolutely Africa shop have an indication of the delivery time. Delivery is 10 -14 business days from purchase date on all international orders and a Tracking number is supplied. Due to seasonal peaks and delays at customs it is outside the control of Absolutely Africa and deliveries may take up to 20 business days.
It is possible to courier goods to international addresses. The costs are determined on an ad hoc basis. Note that such costs are normally very high.

Agreements of Sale
An agreement of sale between Absolutely Africa and a user only comes into effect if and when: A credit card authorisation is received from the issuing bank; or Absolutely Africa reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or execute an order without giving any reasons. Absolutely Africa also reserves the right to cancel orders in whole or in part as circumstances dictate. Absolutely Africa shall only be liable to refund monies already paid by the user, excluding the shipping cost. Absolutely Africa shall take all reasonable efforts to maintain correct prices. However, should errors occur and items are offered at incorrect prices, Absolutely Africa will not be obliged to sell goods at such incorrect prices and shall only be liable to refund monies paid .
Changes to Agreement
Absolutely Africa may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice. |
